IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ: Hey guys, it's CTP here, and here is my first ever edit on After Effects! I have named this edit, "THE AWAKENING", because I think that editing for me could be the start of something new, and great for me and my future. I have made one other edit before, but it was a private match 100 subscriber minitage, and I made it in Premiere Pro, and only really synced up the shots with it. But today, I have a full out "professional" edit, or at least I'd like to think it is professional. I am submitting this edit to a couple of editing contests (listed below), and I do hope that I win. With a first edit I don't really expect to win, or get into any teams with it, but I hope that people do notice me for this. I know this edit is nothing like an edit by COGF, Toxic, Barker, or Zant, but I hope that one day I could edit as well as them. In this edit, I didn't use as many effects as a regular edit would, but I think that I did put a lot of effort into other parts of the edit. Things that I will work on is using a better Color Correction (CC), use more simple effects such as Twitch, sync the trickshots a little better, and shorten up a bit, because I only have 5 clips in this, but it is 1:30 seconds long (approximately). I'm a new editor, and I know this is not the best, but I am proud of the final product. I spend about twice the amount of time as a regular edit, and get half of the quality. Anyways, I hope you guys like this edit, and please read what I have to say below. If I do win any cash prizes, please talk to me on skype or DM me on Twitter before hand, because I do need to explain one thing. (Skype and Twitter below).
