Okay, so I did EVERYTHING completely different on the edit. For the first time I Haven't used Twixtor for my syncing option. This time I went pretty much full Time Remapping, So please excuse the warp as its my first time using the option. Also my Project file is setup completely different than how I usually set it up. I tried to organize it much more, for example: add repeating effects on a dedicated adjustment layer. I did sound effects differently as you can hear and compare with my previous edits if you would like. Lastly, I completely changed the way I render. Instead of rendering the project file in After Effects I export it to Adobe Media Encoder which gave significantly better quality faster, and without using my up my processing power nearly as much.

As a result I believe it came out extremely well, and I am very happy with the end result. Also if you noticed I accidentally added noise to the edit which mad the quality slightly worse.
