First of all, thank you guys SO much for 30k. The fact that my channel has grown this much in such a short period of time is truly astounding to me. It's still all a bit surreal, but I want you guys to know how thankful I am for all of your support; it truly does mean the world to me. Prizes:

1st place gets $100/sub box for 1 month/entry uploaded to my channel (in the results video)

2nd place gets $50/sub box for 2 weeks/ entry uploaded to my channel (in the results video)

3rd place gets $25/sub box for 1 week/ entry uploaded to my channel (in the results video)

There will most likely be a top 10 with honorable mentions as well in the results video.

DUE DATE - February 10th by MIDNIGHT (Eastern Standard Time), no exceptions. If you upload your entry past midnight, it will be disqualified.

(SIDE NOTE: I must approve all video responses before they show on my channel, and I am not on YouTube 24/7. 3 CLIP MINIMUM

Length does not matter. I believe in "quality over quantity". However, make sure your video feels complete, with a solid beginning and end.

NO COPY WRITTEN MUSIC!!! This is very important, because I will not be able to upload to my channel if the music is not copyright free.

What I will be judging on:

Originality!!!! - This is the most important thing I'm looking for. I'm not looking for anything over used (effects, songs, etc.), so be creative and make your edit unique! Overused effects or songs will be HUGE points against you.

Song Choice - Use original songs! Overused songs will be HUGE points against you. (Also remember, non copy written songs only!) Genre/style does not matter to me, but what does matter is that the style of editing matches the genre of the song you choose.

Syncing/flow - All shots/effects should be synced and flow well with the song of your choice. An edit that lacks sync and flow will cause your viewer to quickly lose interest, so make sure you keep me entertained throughout the whole edit, and avoid any dead spots.

Color correction - CC's can make or break an edit. Try to use a CC that matches the tone and feel of your edit.

All that aside, I hope you guys have fun with this! Even if you think you won't place, don't let that discourage you from entering!! Editors of all strengths and styles will be entering so you never know how you'll do! This can be good practice for you and can help get your name out there, as well as draw attention to your other videos. On top of that you could also win some cash! So why not??

There are a TON of clips of all different kinds to chose from so feel free to use as many as you want, just no fewer than 3. I supplied you with a variety of clips from all of the COD games, so feel free to use clips from the game of your choice, or mix and match. It's all up to you!
