This has been a very enjoyable almost 2 yrs. of editing guys. It was fun because I was able to say whatever I felt like. Everyone these days holds in their opinions just to make friends and move up the ladder. I encourage you to say whatever is on your mind. If you notice someone is in a team but hasn't hit their standards, talk about it. I've never been the type of person to just stand by and ignore these controversial issues. If you notice some people join a big team without doing work for them while others do then ask why that is. You may notice that random editors get trial to big teams and private rc's without reaching the team's standards at all or doing any work for the team itself. You'll notice that some people can quit for nearly a year, comeback with no recent edits and still join a big team. There are editors that did very well a year ago, stopped improving, fell behind but still make it into great teams thanks to their reputation and nothing more. On occasion you may see someone who doesn't even edit console often but he'll still join a big console team. It is very easy to notice these people and chances are you've spoken to at least one of them before. Nobody cares if someone gets an opportunity that is undeserved by their edits. Nobody cares for their own friends and everyone has to suck up to lead editors and change their attitudes to appeal to someone above them. Everyone is just going with the flow and waiting for their turn to move up. Not everything is fair but that doesn't mean you can't say your opinion. People may say that you're jealous but you can't be when you're willing to risk your rep. By saying your opinion, you're taking a risk but you care more for what's right than your own reputation. I couldn't care less for an online identity. I couldn't care less for these big teams. I came here thinking I was editing for the sake of a team and I ended up doing this for my own enjoyment. Peace!
